its true with tennis training aswell . trained 5 years, 3 hrs/day, 5 days a week and tour on sat. plateaus are hugh, but u do move up and its crazy how one can feel defeated when ur on the plateau. just keep training, applying, and learning. find ur groove believe me, not many ppl can beat me on a tennis court,
